How to install the AskBrian PowerPoint Add-in…

Do you want to use the PowerPoint Add-in on your computer only? Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Download the installer

For Users: AI Assistant Installer

Step 2: Install the Add-in

Simply follow the instructions in the installer. The add-in is automatically integrated into your PowerPoint.

Step 3: Add the Add-in to your PowerPoint

1. Open PowerPoint
2. Navigate to: “Home”
3. Select “Add-ins”
4. Under “Developer Add-ins” search for “AskBrian AI Assistant” and add it
5. Click now in your “Home” ribbon on the blue hexagon and get started!

What are installation pre-requirements?

Windows operating system and Microsoft PowerPoint (Office 365 recommended). No admin rights required for add-in use after installation.

How is the add-in ensuring the user authentication?

To use the add-in, the Microsoft PowerPoint account you are logged in with must have an active subscription – needs to be equal with the email you used when registered for the trial. Please make sure that your organization or your user account is licensed.

How to uninstall?

You can remove the AskBrian AI Assistant at any time. To do this, simply go to the Windows Control Panel ? Programs ? Programs and Features or Windows Settings ? Apps ? Installed Apps. Search for ‘AskBrian AI Assistant’ and select ‘Uninstall’.
